We start with a structured brief to understand your objective, audience, and creative direction. From this we develop a concept, treatment, and production plan for your approval before anything goes to camera.
Our crew arrives prepared. Every shoot day runs to a pre-approved shot list and schedule. For studio shoots, we handle set design, lighting, and audio. For on-location shoots, we scout ahead and plan for contingencies.
First cuts are delivered within a week of shooting. Two revision rounds are included. Final delivery covers all required formats and platform specifications, plus a project archive for future use.

A standard brand film or product video takes three to four weeks from briefing to final delivery: including concept development, pre-production, shoot day, editing, and revision rounds. Social media shorts and reels are faster, often delivered within a week of shooting.
We deliver in the formats your project needs: H.264 MP4 for web and social, ProRes for broadcast, and platform-specific formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Final files are delivered via shared drive with a full project archive.
Two rounds of revisions are included in all video projects, covering edit pacing, colour grade, and audio adjustments. Major structural changes after the first cut may incur additional charges, which we will always discuss with you upfront.
