Build a career doing work that actually matters.

We’re a video-first creative agency in Petaling Jaya. When we grow, we grow with people who care about craft, story, and client outcomes.

Working at StoryArc

Rewarding work. Real accountability.

At StoryArc Media, everyone on the team touches real work. If you edit a video, clients see it. If you plan a content strategy, brands run with it. If you coordinate a shoot, the footage shapes the final film. That directness is energising, and we protect it deliberately.

We care deeply about quality and accountability. If you are the kind of person who takes ownership, sweats the details, and gets genuinely bothered when something is done halfway, you will find this place challenging in the best way.

Full-time

Video Editor / Videographer

Edit and shoot content that’s clean, paced well, and tells the story.

  • Edit short-form social videos, brand films, interviews, podcasts, and event highlights.

  • Handle captions, pacing, basic colour, sound, exports, and versioning.
  • Keep project files and footage organised for smooth handover.
  • Take creative direction and revise work based on internal or client feedback.

Good fit if you understand story, pacing, clean visuals, and can work quickly without dropping quality.

  • Design social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, story templates, and branded assets for client accounts.
  • Translate briefs and content calendars into on-brand visual executions.
  • Work closely with the content and video teams to keep visuals consistent across formats.
  • Manage revisions, file organisation, and handover to the account and production teams.
  • Keep up with platform design trends without chasing every one of them.

Good fit if you have a strong eye for layout and typography, work efficiently in Adobe or Figma, and can adapt your style to different brand voices.

Full-time / Part-time

Creative Producer / Production Coordinator

Make sure every shoot day runs smoothly, before, during, and after.

  • Coordinate shoot schedules, locations, talent, props, equipment, and call sheets.
  • Prepare production checklists and make sure shoot details are confirmed before the day.
  • Support the crew on set and help keep shoots running smoothly.
  • Track client requirements, shot lists, product details, wardrobe, and logistics.
  • Handle post-shoot handover so files and next steps are clear.

Good fit if you are practical, calm, punctual, and good at organising moving parts.
